a new master

My wife recently within the last year came to me and told me she was interested in the master and slave role she asked if i could learn to be a master? Of course I said yes i have done alot of reading and learning we have started her training we both enjoy anal play and she enjoys being punished when her master is not pleased. I am looking for teaching tools and for other masters and slaves to give me thier thoughts on what works for them.
