1 can whole tomatoes
4 cloves garlic diced
1 Large Onion
2 Medium potatoes pealed and diced in 1 inch squares
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Beef Base Broth powder
Lemon zest

In a hot pan add oil get up to a high heat add pealed diced potatoes brown all around put on lid to cook through faster

Once potatoes are almost finished, test by sticking with a fork, add onions and beef base broth add salt, peper, and Basil.

Once the onions are to a translucent state{see through practically} add the cann on whole tomatoes.

Once Tomatoes bign a low boil add the garlic, put a lid on simmer together on low heat for 10 mintues.

Serve in a bowl with a fresh bread roll garnish with lemon zest.

It is delicious, I just created it.

I have but i find that by the time ther rest is cooked the garlic has been over cooked and has become bitter. and i like as few dishes as possible so this to me was a 4 dish recipe. 1 pan 1 knife, 1 cutting board, one fry pan. Bacehlor thing I hate cleaning up after cooking
