First, measure from your shoulder to the floor.
Then divide that by the Golden Number 1.618.
That gives you your length for a skirt or shorts.
Apparently this gives you the perfect look for your legs.

Adding the sum of your legs squared might make my log function.
 
My number is 99cm.
I don't have a single item in my wardrobe of that length.

I figure this doesn't take into account people with bad cottage cheese thighs, comparitively larger than proportionate calves and cankles?

Cos honestly, most of the above applies to me, and no matter how well hung the skirt, I look awful in it.
