I used a bit of software that we downloaded free called GifBuilder (try putting that in your search engine). Basically, you load the PICTs into GifBuilder and it turns it into an animated gif for you. Maybe somebody else knows an easier way of doing it.

Nope...I was going to take a few stills with the digital (going to be harder to do alone)...and then use my animation pro to put them together.....done a few simple gifs (cartoons) before....I figured how hard can this be?
