A Little N64 Help here!

I've recently gotten a used N64 (because, dammit, I'm only goig to lag one generation behind the times!) and Wrestlemania 2000.

Problem is, I don't have the instructions to the game. I could use some help in finding the controller pad commands, especially for the tag-team bouts.

I'm getting my butt kicked here! Help!
