At the top right, there is a login link -- use the same name and password as you use here. Follow the link to submit stories.

There are also links to submission guidelines and writer's assistance, like the volunteer editors.

The only absolute prohibtion is stories involving those under eighteen. All of the bestiality and zoophilia stories, that I know of, are at allextremesex.com (the "extreme" category on the story index page.) That's a sister site where stories deemed not suitable for the main site by the editors are banished.
