How can I correct another user's posts from showing up on a search of my own registered name?

I noticed that on a search of my own nick, there are several other listings for a "cherry girl" that are not mine. Not that she misbehaves though *smiles* ... but, I kinda like to get into my OWN trouble instead of getting swatted for someone else's!

( You hear me POPSTER??? ) <-- hahaha FLASSSSHHHHHH!!!

~smiling innocently~

Cherry <-- the one who behaves

Have you been searching by member name or by subject? Also, under member name, have you hit "match exact" or "match partial"?

Ummmm....

I meant if I look under profile on one of my own posts ... and then "Search: all posts by this regitered user"

I'm not sure what happens searching as you questioned.

btw --> thanks for responding, Tiggs

Wow

Shows what I know! lol I didn't even know there was a search within the profile area. I clicked on you too, and I did notice the name Cheri come up as well as your own.

If you look up towards the top right corner of this page, you'll see an icon that says search. I'm not sure if all of the "other" Cherries would pop up on that search or not.

Yup...

Shows up that way, too. It must be because of the space between Cherry and Girl.

No big deal ... she would probably be more aggravated by MY posts showing up on HER search than I am of hers *smiles*

Thanks anyhow, Tiggs

I think you need to send an e-mail to mailto:webmaster@literotica.com and tell Manu about this so the search parameter on the profile link to "all posts by this author" can be corrected.

This is BUG in the BB software!

If you go to "Search" and enter "cherry" in the search for author box and leave "Match Exact" checked, "Cherry Girl's" posts don't show up. The link on the members' prrofile link should be set that waay when the search engine is called.

Hmmmmmm...

I tried that already, Harold...and they do still show up.

Thanks anyhow *smiles*
