I like most of these ideas (especial Giant Sex), but a few do need some work.
The wording "an" should be "a" as well.

Don't make it the typical caveman/cave woman story.
I've actually had this idea for a while, but didn't know what to say about it.
It has enormous potencial though.

I'm thinking Ice Giants from Valhalla (a forbidden romance among the gods).
Titans and ice giants are bitter enemies, the children of which fall in love and do the nasty.
You can even have a pregnancy scenario, creating a titan/ice giant hybrid (the first of its kind).
It can be like a Voyager episode (the one where Captain Janeway finds out about a Klingon disease, and Belona's unborn child has the cure for it in her blood) in it.

Pegging a Cheater (Group Sex, Fetish):
A woman catches her boyfriend having sex with her best friend (and secret lover). Her revenge: fucking him up the ass with a strap-on.

A little cliche, but a good start nonetheless.

Husband’s Secret Desires (Gay Male, Group Sex, and Fetish):

Nice, but add a few more fetishes to flush out the story, making the character more real.
A foot fetish, a stocking fetish (usually straight on, but sometimes upskirt), a body art fetish, even a blood sucking fetish.

Three football fans hire a stripper, which leads to a truly fun time.

Interesting, but needs more detail (it's "sports fan" not "sport fan").

He helps his mother’s friend with some housework while she has a sprained ankle. She returns the favor by giving him pleasure beyond his wildest dreams.

Besides Giant Sex, this has the most potencial so far.

That's fine, but the description doesn't really explain the title.
It sounds like he has some sexual issues with his girlfriend, so she hires this woman to teach him how to spice up his love life.

A check up turns into a erotic encounter for a soldier.

Great, I haven't seen many male gay stories.
I think that's because lesbians are just more appealing to have in a sexual fantasy (no offence to gay males).

The Boss’s Son (Gay Male):

The job/sex power struggle is a very powerful storyline.
I hope you can expand on it.

Husband's Secret Desires: This could be an interesting story on how sexual identity isn't so black-and-white and that even "nice" women can have very unvanillia fantasies. The couple in the story can be trying to keep with society's pressures as to what is conisdered "normal" sexually and learn that their desires are normal and don't make them "degenerates", but brings them closer together.

His Mom’s Kinky Best Friend: I agree with Fantasies_only that this one has potiental. I see the protagonist being a generally nice guy who talks big to cover-up the fact that he's an unlucky-in-love virgin.

He Becomes a Bitch: Maybe the macho guy, who believes that he's god's gift to women, makes a bet with a "friend" of his that there's no woman he can tame. It just happens that the women his friend picked out happens to be a professional dominatrix.

A Military Backdoor Doctor: I'm reminded of this one-shot manga I once read where the doctor whose infatuated with a handsome swimmer performs some "medical tests" to "help him swim better". Which in other words means the swimmer gets drugged while naughty things happen to him (it was done in a slightly humorous angle). Maybe you could go a similar route.

I had a similar thought, but I thought instead of the boss' son seeing potencial in him where his father does not, the situation is reversed, and the seduction is not a seduction at all.

Actually, I was thinking of those giant people movies from the 1950's to be honest more so than the mythical beings. How would the Amazing Colossal Man Vs. the 50 Foot Tall Woman sound?

Cliches aren't so bad as long as the overal product is good or you try some different avenue with it. I look forward to seeing it.
