A life in pictures...

I usually print out my photos before I fuck with them, because my monitor is too high up for me to reach without kneeling on the desk, which besides being uncomfortable, arouses suspicions among the other people in the office.
You're not too old to take over my knee, Sonny.

My turn to try :)

Another good one, M Wisdom. Thank you. I don't know how you people do it-- I have been using Adobe for years and still haven't mastered the brightness/contrast controls enough to do much good.

Image manipulation is part off what I do for a living :)
Use the Levels controls instead off the brightness/contrast controls. That will help you a lot :)

MW's photo manipulation school.
Corporal punishment is not included in the fee.

Step 1: Change the levels to lighten the picture up.
Step 2: Cut out the part you want to be lighter.
Step 3: Put it over the old picture.
Step 4: Fix the edges and final touch up.

It's that easy

Wow! Good show, M Wisdom! Thanks for the tips!

I actually have my diploma for the Graphic Arts, but I scored lowest at handling levels/colors for print and Quark typsetting because they both bored the living ____ < ---(insert curse word of choice here) out of me. Excelled at Illustrator, though, and I think that was my only saving grace to not failing cause I just barely made it. Photoshop I had to take three times before I could begin to grasp it. I was too busy playing with all the effects to pay attention to the teach. :D

Thanks again for breaking it down into simple steps!

Very glad you liked it!

Personally, I don't like using Photoshop. The interface seems counter-intuitive to me. But then, it's been years since I fucked around with Adobe, so it may have changed significantly since then. I'm using a cheap, knockoff editing suite called Micrographix Picture Publisher. It's fairly simple but robust enough to do what I need.

Now then... more of me and mine...

... let's see here...

These are all grabbed from my website, which is linked in my signature. There's a bunch of other stuff there as well. But I'll keep posting them in this thread to keep it going and hopefully to spark more people to post their stuff. We've had some great offerings thus far!

*sigh* Those are awesome.

Shucks golly, thanks guys!

Here's another old one. This was taken at the 1998 Fetish Ball...

Repent!

Sorry, I have a thing for the Catholic church, though I am decidedly not Catholic...

I know the uniform needs ironing,

That should be easy. They're awesome. I especially like the black and white one.

Thanks Gracie.
The shoot was a bit marred by her getting her fishnets caught in the zip of the boots. The price we pay.

Well, better the stockings than her skin.

Hot pictures Landcruisergirl!

Very, very nice pictures, no need to be kind at all, they are good!

Gorgeous! I'm particularly fond of the quirt mark (picture 2) and the black and white (picture 5). And was that a hint of long red hair I saw? I'm a sucker for long, red hair...

Those are beautiful -- both subject and photography style! ;)

(I'm a photographer-in-training, and a bit of a geek about it sometimes. :D )

I liked the one in black and white better than the coloured original; is that just me? And the one with the other camera in the shot, too. They're all fantastic, though! :cattail:

*sigh* I can't decide which I like better. I do like the black and white 'love' better than the color, though. But I generally prefer black and white.

I love marriah's eyes in 'happiness in slavery'. Truly wonderful pics.

Thats was from my favourite toy, my tawse. I equally love its effect on me, and the fact that I can inflict a lot of pain and create lovely marks with little physical effort.
and my hair is long red with a few black streaks.

Thanks heaps for all the the compliments.
Being a switch gives me many more possibilities.I finally have some "toppy" pics. :) The joys of having a friend with a good slr.
Took about 150 shots, left with 60.

I love her smile - it's almost smug, like she knows something other people don't.
