I made those the waterfront districts with the idea that they extend all the way up the river, but that's certainly not clearly conveyed in the picture.Apart from the fact that NC/R and mind control should be closer to Erotic Horror (because in my mind, both of those things are simultaneously erotic and horrible) I think this is pretty excellent
