A holiday in restrictive casts

A couple go on holiday for a weekend or week. One of the two is put into very restrictive fiberglass medical casts. Either two long arm thumb spicas and a neck brace or something more restrictive that requires a wheelchair. The attention while out sightseeing and dining would be immense. No one would realize that it was public bondage.

Probably different than you had in mind but thought I would share my Misery flashback, where the guy wakes up in a full body cast and tied up in what looks like traction, in a hospital room with a woman he hardly knows.
