A good omen?

A friend just emailed me the directions to where we're meeting at the lake today. I'm supposed to turn right off of the highway, go to Paradise, and take a right.

I like the thought of spending the day in Paradise. Though, I've never exactly thought of Smithville Lake as Paradise.

We're renting a fishing boat, some jet skis, and I'm bringing two coolers of beer. Someone made brisket, someone else is bringing hot dogs to grill... I'm contributing a key lime pie.

Anyone wanna meet me in paradise?

That reminds me of one of those Mark Twain observations, which I can't exactly quote. It boils down to:
With how much man enjoys making love, why is it that the descriptions of heaven are always so chaste?

I agree. If that's heaven I'll take someplace that has a little more sex and carnal diversion - give somebody else my seat.
