a ghostly same title challenge

In Honor of Billy Bob and all the neglected, rejected, gladly forgotten and stored away holiday memories, yes, ghosts, I invite anyone interested to write a poem...

No extravagant rules, except the title should have the word Ghost in it.

After reading Rybka's, What has Got Rot, I felt the same way I always do about this time of year; disillusioned, and happened to remember how wonderful life was when I was little, but only at certain times of the year, and Christmas wasnt really one of those times. Maybe what we, ( or perhaps, just I) need is to take time to reflect and remember a time when we enjoyed a holiday or an aspect of one, no need to include religion or refs to such, doesnt have to be happy, just share your old ghosts and memories

and in keeping with a holiday ghosts tradition, I think it shoudl probably be posted on December 31 so we can ring in the new year with some old friends and poets and ghosties. I didnt even look to see whose review day that is, so dont be mad!!!!! ( I thought maybe Darkmaas might be tired of reviewing all the challenges, so hopefully, its not a Monday, although I tend to love his reviews of my stuff ( sounds of kissing up are not imagined

submission of ghosts on next Monday, for posting on Tuesday, that way perhaps everyone that wants to can join in, and they wont get in the way of holiday parties and such and I just couldnt help it anyway, I keep seeing the name eve everywhere I loook, wicked, huh
