Both BB and Hash dropped about ten consecutive alts in the space of a week and that's just recently. I dunno what the count is up to now or who's in the lead. :D

But it looks like Flameout has a chance to get his multi-ban throne back, if he's diligent with his sociopathy.

I wouldn't worry about it it's probably Rob trolling you and he's going to try to pin it on me eventually. He doesn't really have the stones to get vicious about it when he is pretending to be me, and he loses interest quickly so he doesn't keep it up for long.

Every once in awhile when I point out how patently obvious it is that he uses alts to troll people, he will find someone that I've had some kind of disagreement with and troll them and then he'll come back and crow about how it's me trolling when really it's just projection, because that's how he deals with people that he has disagreements with.

It could be Hashtag, but I doubt it. 'Tag doesn't do clever and Rob, for all his faults, is actually relatively clever; he's just lazy. He puts quite a bit of thought and effort into it when he starts one of these little campaigns, it's just that it peters out because he has no particular stick-to-itiveness. he's kind of a rageaholic and that clouds it as well because when he gets frustrated he's splutters and returns to form and goes back to unfiltered Rob (Skiddles) with all the same petty odious insults that he always goes to because that's what he knows.

It might be, hash has taking to random, quirky sniping.

I may be extrapolating where this is going to a degree it won't if it turns out to be hash.

The reason I'm saying that this was a little too clever for hash is that it started out here as just an innocent hey, look, I'm adrina as (I assume) a setup for wherever this is going. Hash would build in the insult in the first post.

I probably should not have pointed out that Rob (through his army of sock-puppets) was crushing on you. Although it's perfectly true, I was pointing it out to get a rise out of Rob (it worked) and it wasn't reasonable to involve you in that, so I apologise.

I was also the first person on the board to point out that Luke was crushing on Fermina. To be honest I pointed that out for similar reasons. I hope I am less prescient in your case.

Hash stuck the insult in the first post. Catfish isn't particularly complimentary.

I am sadly oblivious to men crushing on me unless they come out and pretty much say so. I must admit I'm not the brightest in that regard. I never have been. Hahahaha... yeah I'm just being honest here. :eek:

That part went right by me. I've just heard catfish this and catfish that so much that I didn't really even think about it. and if hash then yeah it makes as much sense as anything else. The history with hash and I is that she just straight-up attacked me over on the BDSM form one time when I didn't know her from Eve. in hindsight it was nothing personal it's just I happen to be up late at night posting when hash tends to post and I just was an obvious target that she recognized the name of from the general board for anybody to pick a fight with.

If it's hashtag she'll disappear shortly. If it's something else that will play out how it plays out.

I think a lot of people men and women don't really notice when somebody is seeking their attention. Years ago, I was engaed to my fiance and we worked in the same department. Another girl used to come over to my desk because I had a copy of the Wall Street Journal. I was using the daily quotes in the journal to make daily determinations on what I was doing to manipulate my 401k account. At that company you could switch from option to option daily if you wanted with no transactional charge so that was a huge loophole that I was driving a truck through. I don't remember the genesis of any conversation with her but obviously at some point we had discussed that and she would stop by and asked me what I thought at different times about the trendlines.

I don't think my fiance was feeling particularly threatened by what she saw as this girl displaying interest in me but she was laughing at my naivete that I didn't see it as interest. "What GIRL is interested in the contents of tge WSJ??" Uh, a smart one?

To this day, looking back with the benefit of hindsight, I still can't tell you one way or the other. Interestingly, years later after I have been single again for years, she happened to pop up as a Facebook friend possibility so I friended her and she accepted it. We never really had much of a conversation about anything since so if she had any interest at that time her arder has apparently cooled. on the other hand if she was interested at that time she obviously wasn't a particularly aggressive pursuer. And I haven't really displayed any direct interest so there's no reason to expect that she would aggressively pursue me now.

now that I think about it perhaps I should do something there. I kind of thought she was attractive and she was really smart.. I think she actually had an accounting degree or something which had a lot to do with what we were talking about with the paper.

the weird thing is when she popped up as a Facebook friend request I was baffled as to why that would be since I don't really have anybody on my friends list from that Old Mutual employer. As it turns out we attended the same high school I had no idea and as far as I know she didn't know me or in high school or know that I attended the same Highschool as i did.

... I think I just post jacked my own post.

I can't say for sure, myself, because I'm not a card-carrying member however my understanding is you do get bennies with membership (according to your needs.)

Fair warning though you should be prepared to pony up according to your ability.
