No chance I'm bitching about the price of gas in comparison to what Europeans have to pay. Fuel efficiency is one of the key features I look at in a car. I currently get 35-40 mpg, and I will look for something more fuel efficient when I next have to purchase a car. Hopefully by then the hybrid cars will come in several designs.

This stuff about the law of supply and demand is nothing but hocus-pocus. As soon as we are all driving 6 and 8 cylinder vehicles, guess what will happen?
$10 - $12 per gallon, here we come. Just ask the Brits. Gas is so expensive there that the sell it by the litre and call it petrol.
