Does anyone travel with sex toys? More specifically, has anyone gone through an airport TSA checkpoint with toys in their luggage/backpack/bag? If so, how did it go?

I regularly travel with a vibrator or two. They're usually checked in, but I have brought them through security a couple of times. Never caused any problems or comments :)

I put them in my checked luggage. I've had dildos in my carry-on, but nothing with batteries to arouse suspicion. I always take them on vacations, at least 4-5 toys total.

For some reason in South Africa you may not have anything with a battery in your checked luggage so when we carry our battery toys they have to be in our hand luggage.

Remove batteries from any toys in carry-on. Don't travel w batteries.

I have travelled with work related tools that could cause concern. Having a vendor catalog or printing out the catalog page for the tools...or, in out case here, toys....gives TSA a legit point of refernece

Its the rechargeable toys with built in batteries that caught us out. Had to remove them from the suitcase at check in....

Take batteries out or make sure not charged will be fine

Yeah. I only had a carry on and the guy looked in my bag, looked at me then closed my bag. His face turned bright red 😅
