Well, I think it touches a few different genres. I read a hentai like this once, except it started with the mother's corruption and then goes to the daughter, then the son, and finally the father. Then the corruptor himself commits suicide because his goal was to break apart a happy family but instead was just unleashing everyone's inner freak and they still all loved each other in their now super-fucked-up way.

If it was me, I'd condense the exposure and corruption to a single night, because three nights is too much buildup, I think. I'd also consider switching it to be son's boyfriend, instead of the daughter's. And you have the double-whammy of the father finding out that his son was gay. And maybe he's gay too!

As for fleshing out... I'd say just write your chapter 1 and chapter 2. See where it goes from there. I wrote out a long story arc, and now that I'm writing my chapter 2, I realized that most of that arc is totally wiped because it doesn't fit into the action I wrote for chapter 2.

I have read that Manga and loved it. I wish there were more that hit all the points that it did. I also want this story to make boyfriend not a reprehensible POS like the guy in that hentai. Also this father is going to have more dignity then that one ended up with.

The multiple nights is for a reason. The first is boyfriend catches father watching. Second night is to see if he does anything or will still just watch. Third night is escalation, to see if pushing the envelope will make father put his foot down. I think three nights are about right. It's still very short time for realism, but not as much to become repetitive. And there could be nice escalation.
