A disability fund

I'm so enormously proud. It looks like we are getting a national disability fund. The disabled will be able to have appropriate care. They won't have to stay in bed for weeks at a time because they have no one to get them out, because they can't afford it. No longer will they have to have awful wheelchairs that are impossible to push. The disabled of our society will be cared for. Carers will be paid.

In a minute from now, each and any one of us could join their ranks. A stroke, a fall, a heart attack- who knows. It's a fund for all of us, though we hope not.

Yes, they're always a risk. It's thought that with it we'll all be better off.( If we control the wankers.)
