It's called Happy Accidents with Marissa Tomei and Vincent D'onofrio (however you spell it). It's shot like a photo album, panning pictures and stillframes, but it's a cute story. Rent it.
No, just a lot of places where you can hear the conversation, but you get picture montages instead of seeing them...there's lots of "normal" scenes, but then they go into the photos.
