Good afternoon everyone. Well it is looking like rain here but it is definitely warmer outside.
 
Bleh! I hate the rain. And I missed the meeting for today. :( Luckily they have 3 meetings scheduled for the same reason, so I'll just have to find out how I can make one of the last two since they happen to be when I work.

Anyhow, I hope everyone has a good day.
 
It was wet outside, but definitely not raining whenever I stepped outside.

I was working from 6 to 11 tonight, and my shift went by rather fast. I guess it was because I was busy and I never paid attention to the time until when I finally did have a moment's peace w/out customers, I noticed I only had a half an hour left before I was supposed to clock out.

I have to go back in at 12 PM tomorrow and work until 5:30, then I'm off on Monday.

Hopefully everybody had a good evening and is warm.
 
Okay who took the sunshine and what did you do with it? Because I would really like to have it back now.
 
Oy, for a minute there, I thought you was somebody else Missing. You changed your Avatar. I really liked the other one better, but this new one is good too.

As far as sunshine, I never touched it. Heck, I was inside at work all afternoon, so I didn't get to see how life was outside until my shift ended, and it was the same as BEFORE I started my shift.

Hmm... I really need to get this room straightened up. It's not easy, considering sometimes I can be a pack rat and not want to throw something out because it could be useful later. I'm a neat and organized person in general, but sometimes I just feel like a pack rat.

So, despite the dreary, weary weather, how was everyone's day?
 
A Mom & Dad decided that the only way to pull off a Sunday afternoon quickie with their 8 year old son in the apartment was to send him out on the balcony with a Popsicle and tell him to report on all the neighborhood activities.

He began his commentary as his parents put their plan into operation: "There's a car being towed from the parking lot" he shouted. A few moments passed. "An ambulance just drove by" A few moments later, "Looks like the Anderson's have company" he called out. "Matt's riding a new bike....." "The Coopers are having sex!!"

Startled, Mother and Dad shot up in bed!!!
Dad cautiously asked, "How do you know they are having sex??"
"Jimmy Cooper is standing out on his balcony with a Popsicle too."
