Well, you may remember that I posted earlier about having had a nice time with a lady I had met at a local pub. It was her birthday and we helped her celebrate.
I went back the next night and she was there again. Once again, we had fun spending time dancing, drinking, and visiting. I actually got up enough nerve to ask this lady if she would like to go have dinner with me.
Well, the answer was YES....she gave me her phone number and I called her this week and assuming I don't get stood up (I certainly hope not), it looks like I may actually be going out Friday evening.
I've felt like a teenage kid again all week and I'm so looking forward to spending time with someone who actually wants to spend some time with me.....
Oh well, enough of that, just thought I'd let you know.....it sure is nice to begin to feel the stirrings of a real life begin again.

I am glad that you had good roads to travel on Star, it was a nightmare getting anywhere here today. They haven't gotten alot of the secondary roads cleared and it just melts alittle and then refreezes.

Good day all! I can't believe how many knee injuries are out there. It can't be limited to Ohio, cause I just moved here from CA. Knees are frail little things aren't they? Most common snowboard injury as a result of coming loose from one's bindings is the ACL (back of knee). Glad I haven't experienced that yet... Well, y'all have a good day and *attempt* to enjoy this day should it remain relativly dry...
