Just found your new thread

MM,
Just found your new thread. Looks like it's going well. Thanks also for your PM this morning. Nice to know there are people here that truely care, even though we've never met.
Have a great week!

My weekend was ok how bout you. I'm gonna go to lunch but i'll be back in a little bit. :rose:

I am glad that you had a decent weekend. My weekend was quiet but I think that I actually preferred it that way with this knee thing going on.

Sorry, I missed the knee thing. What's up with that?
I tried to run 3 miles this morning, but only made 2 cause my knee acted up too.

I have a knee that is bad anyway but last Thursday I gave it quite a knock on the underside of the dash when I was the passenger in a one car accident.
It has been giving me problems since that happened.

Ice, compression and elevation... (ICE) does wonders. Is there serious damage, or just major swelling and contusions? Mine is result of a 24 year old college frat party indiscression... Was repaired, and I reinjured it again in '93.

I think that there is more than just contusions. I have the appointment with the doctor in Columbus but the quickest that they can get me in is a week from Wednesday.

To the person that I had the im chat with, thank you.

And that accent, OMG, that accent.

wooo its freezing out there! snowing here finally.
hubby is home! (his day off) but he's playing video games rather than playing with me!
boys will be boys... hehehe

(plus I pounced him earlier today) hehe :nana:

oh my! im posting after my self!

hehe... I just wanted to say, news center just had a story on swingers in central ohio....
they estimated 15,000 (yes thats THREE 0's!) swingers live here...
wow. ;)

my hubby and I just looked at each other and smiled!
they intereviewed a columbus couple, but they wanted to hide their identity...
I think its sad that people have to hide.

I dont really know how to classify my marriage....
we're open to other people...
I suppose you could call us 'swingers' but we 'swing' alone....
(I wouldnt mind doing it with him too.. but it hasnt happened yet)
any thoughts?

Good morning everyone.

I saw the advertisement for that Epithumia.
I agree that it is sad that people have to hide their identity because of fear. I don't understand how we can claim to be a progressively forward society when people are still hiding in shadow because of their sexual preferences.

Good Morning,

Well what a morning it is today. Snow and cold. brrrr when is summer?

Morning

Good morning Starwiz and I would be very happy with just a good Spring.
Ah... embrace the weather no matter what God has to share with us. Beats the alternative. My friend's viewing last night was sobering. He was only 55 and only lived 8 months after his initial diagnosis.
I'm happy to be alive!

I don't know about embracing the weather but if you don't mind, I think that I will stay inside today. The wind is pretty bonechilling out there.

I went out at 5:30 to shovel the driveway. By the time I was done it was nearly 6:30, and I had a pretty good sweat going. ;)

It is snowing here again.

I don't have to worry about shovelling thank goodness.
My golden retriever "helped" me by bringing her ball for me to throw. Really took my mind off the task at hand. LMAO

That sounds like a good thing to me.
It was. The snow is wet and heavy. Even though we only have 3 inches or so it's a LONG driveway... and I don't have a snowblower. (pity me)
lol

Exercise

Missingmeds said:
Oh no!!! You need to get some toys, of the gas powered kind it sounds like to me.
The exercise does me well. Otherwise I would just sleep in and procrastinate. The Mrs. was out running while I shoveled the drive. She did 5 miles today! Tomorrow it's 8 miles!

No running for me for a while. I just have to make do with doing a little of nothing for now.
