If you were given the power to go back in time and change ONE thing, what would it be? The catch is, it must be something from your own life, something you did that you now regret or something you didn't do that you now wish you had. Careful, because altering it could have a profound effect on your life.

I don't care how profound the effect, I wouldn't say "I do." when I did.

Ditto the above.

But now I don't so I guess it's a wash.

I would have gone to see my grandmother when I had the chance. I was working for WalMart at the time and we were in the middle of inventory. My grandmother was scheduled to have surgery to remove a tumor in her throat, leaving to see her would have cost me my job. She never regained conciousness.

No job is worth that.

I'm tempted to agree with ya Mensa darlin, but then I wouldn't have Wild and Unruly, and that's one profound change I just couldn't live with...

Can't think of anything I'd change at this point. Even with the shitstorm that is my life of late, I know I'm on the right track.

I would have stayed in college. I should have never dropped out - not for that girl. Not only did I meet the most incredable people, but I truely did learn a great deal about myself. I want to go back so badly.

You've got me thinking that my post might have been too selfish and trivial. I had a chance to see my grandfather in a nursing home before he died. I was a young teenager and, like most, I was mainly concerned with self. I figured I could see him anytime and didn't go. The next time I saw him was in a casket.

I think now maybe I'll change my answer and go to the home just to say goodbye.

Goodbye, gramps, I love you! :rose:
