I thought the turkey was supposed to be stuffed and here i sit very very full of ham and good fixings.. cheesecake.. that was to die for.... ahhh.. sigh... and pies and OMG I am going to have to triple my work outs this week. LOL.. But it was all good.

TO ALL,, I am sorry if posts come slower these days.
I have just started some medication for Seasonal Affective Disorder. In the past I have exercised and eaten well and taken care of myself. This year is my first winter, and holidays alone. I didnt feel up to the challenge alone,, so I have taken steps to take care of myself more. I want to take this time alone to explore Cindi and get to know her better. I wont walk in the shadow.. will keep my face to the light.. for Iknow seasons change and this time is short.. but can be reflective..Good time to take root so I can bloom...You all are and have been a light in the gloom and I love you all for it..

I agree women do have more opportunities.. but sometimes not the courage perhaps. AND it is a seasonal thing.. with sunlight and nothing growing and all that.... it does pass. i just cant concentrate or sleep as well.. and its a little sadder.. that is all..
I am fine.. just slower... must have been a bear in a past life to want to hybernate. LOL>>

Well, dear... my day was great... had a huge dinner at my work... then had to work trying to catch up after taking off Monday due to car in shop... but mostly alone in the office, made for a no rush day... Still have lots to catch up on... was gonna go into the office today, but brought several hours paperwork home with me...

Had many odd dreams through the night... "rolled" off the bed, after not being able to get back to sleep, round 6am...

Coffee's brewin and gotta go get the car this morning too...

Good thing coffee's on... my mind isn't and seems I am ramblin dear... Hope you wake up to a great Friday... will write more when co-herent... LOL...
