Tonight the Fiance and I were adopted by a blue tit. It flew in through our window, sat peacably on my hand, then flew onto my head. We have photographic proof. It stayed happily on my head until I tried to stick it (my head) out of the window so it could fly away. At this point it decided it did not want to go back out into the cold and flew inside the sitting room and roosted on the fairy lights around the adjoining bedroom door. 45 minutes later and it is still perched there, a little bluey yellow ball of fluff standing on one leg.

Litizens... meet the newest member of our family, Sunny...

:D

Cute little bugger.

Figures a bird callled a 'tit' would be attracted to an AHer. ;)

My nan. Before a guy up my road died while he was overseas, there were these birds that just kept flying in and out of his bedroom window.

I've never heard of any other stories, though

I dunno... I think I'd rather have two in the bush :D

Nice pic and pics by the way.

Well, there's nothing you can do about it, even if it is true. It's like Final Destination. You may as well live every day like it's your last :D

He left....
But he thoughtfully left us with a collection of presents on the newspaper we had (luckily) thought to place under his roost...
Lovely.
