Gnufi's got 613 posts. If I add that to my current 13,732 posts I'm up to 14, 345 which puts me ahead of Tiggs and less than 40 posts behind Siren.

i'm working on a theory here

about three weeks ago i started having trouble with my vintage 1972 chevrolet pick up. there was a fairly loud metalic screeching coming from underneath it when i drove. i've replace the clutch and the entire rear end and am now searching for a transmission. now, here's the weird part. during the time that my truck has been down my mother's car blew the computer, my neice's car blew a head gasket, my other neice ran off the road and smashed my sister's car into a tree. (neice is fine) during this same period a friend received word that he is being sued over some bogus crap, another friend's landlord at her shop is having to go to court to defend against an unfair eviction. one of my lady friends had a slight wreck day before yesterday. people on lit have been just a wee bit testy for the last few days. nearly everyone i know is grumpin' about something. the stock market sucks and the u.s. seems to be trying real hard to start world war III.

so, i've come to the conclusion that my truck is actually the center of the known universe and that if i don't finish the repairs soon the world will end by the end of the month. just a theory but not one that i'm willing to ignore. have faith friends, i'm working on it and things will soon be back to normal.
