Sure. And there wouldn't be a frown or sad look if the gals wanted abortions. In most states prison is grounds to terminate parental rights.

I don't think anyone in prison should retain the right to raise a child.

There are times when the bleeding hearts weasel around the rules to give mom a 2nd chance, when she isn't in prison forever. But almost all of them lose their kids after release, cuz they cant stay away from the drugs.
