This is another idea that I have for some point, strictly OOC until I and it are ready. It is a house that used to belong to a mistress (that's little m, not the Domme kind) and now has her aura added to it, making the resident couples sexually adventurous over time, even if they weren't before. No couple can stay monogamous after spending any length of time here. Even guests are affected.
To be a little different, I will play the landlord, who visits now and then, to take full advantage of the house's tendencies. I need one female to play the ghost and a couple to be the newest tenants. It's a rental, not meant to be permanent, as the landlord likes to experience different wives while the husbands are getting their own strange tail. Basically a vacation place (not surprising given that I am settling back in from vacation, that I would get such an idea).
