Does anyone have any experience in attempting this position? I haven’t been able to find anyone online photos, which could be an indication that it’s either not possible or not enjoyable. After reading what you're interested in "attempting" with Mrs. Happy, I suggest you have a spotter on hand. Once you start having to tilt your penis while upside down....

It’s similar to this Kneeling 69, but the couple is reversed so that the man is upside down and the top of his head is touching the floor. The woman would be squatting with her legs apart so that her pussy aligns with his mouth.

In the variation that I tried to describe in the original post, the man’s head is nearly in a facesitting position for the woman (between her legs) as shown in this photo:

However, the man's body is backed up against a headboard and is standing vertically. His neck is tilted so that his chin is near his chest. This photo is a little closer to the concept, if the couple were tilted more.

It really doesn't seem very risky. The original variation requires something like a shoulder stand, though I was thinking that having a wall behind me would make it easier.

I just remembered that we actually performed a variation of this once using a large fluffy chair. If I remember correctly, we got interrupted and weren't able to resume.

I don't see injury being a significant risk. However, there may be a simple issue of geometry: Will be body parts reach comfortably?

This is just my personal opinion and no knock a the thread, but I've found 69 to be the most overrated position ever. Again, this is an interesting thread; not knocking it.

You know, 30 years ago I might have been interested in this. However, at this point in my life, I'm a great fan of side-to-side 69 since it doesn't have the potential risk of giving me a stroke or causing a broken hip. Geeesh.
