5 Al Queda members arrested

If you don't live in, or, around Rochester, this is news. 5 Al Queda members that were living in a town near Rochester were arrested tonight. They were giving Bin Laden's group materials & resourses. But, the mayor of the town in Rochester,(I can't remember the name,) says "were safe." BULLSHIT!

I heard about the arrests on my radio at work this evening. One thing that was said that concerned me was that the FBI was worried. All five were American citizens; four of them were born and raised in the US. It's scary knowing that someone could enjoy such abundance and freedom when living in the US and choosing to turn their backs on everything that was so freely offered to them. So, anyone could choose to become a terrorist.

No, I don't think that you are safe; I don't believe anyone is safe any longer. A certain few people believe that it is their "God given right" to make you believe as they do; or die. I don't plan on hiding away from life; I do believe that I will choose to live life more fully. i will not give in to their fear mongering.

What ever happened to the presumption of innocence? What I find outrageous about this is the charges against them are being kept secret.

A flagrant violation of due process of law!

The indictment is sealed, which is not an uncommon practice to prevent people being "tried by the media" or other reasons.

They are charged with "Materiel support of terrorists."
