Well i have a big problem. Yes im afraid it is true i am really 45 and still i have never been with anyone. Dont know how this has happened but it has. No im not gay. I do masterbate a lot but thats just not enough anymore.

Well I hope you don't resent advise from a much younger guy, but here me out.

I felt the same as you have.
Have you ever had bad experiences in life that may've caused this.

As far as the Virginity bit goes at 22 I just cut my losses and inlisted the help of a pro. Even though it was a one night stand it gave my self esteem a real shot in the arm becasue it was a weight off my shoulders. I the had more confidence after that.

Don't be worried about the idea but do something before it's too late.
