Except for four cowardly Republicans who voted present, that number represents a unanimous vote by the House of Representatives to have Robert Mueller's report released to the public, except for those parts which are either classified to protect methods and sources, or grand jury information.
Every single member voted to have the report released which means even Republicans want to see the litany of crimes and ongoing corruption perpetrated by the con artist.
There would have been a similar vote in the Senate were it not for sycophant Lindsey Graham who shouted, "BUT HILLARY!" and wouldn't let a vote take place.

At the same time, an overwhelming majority of Americans believe there should be a public report on what Mueller finds. A CNN poll released last month found that support for a public release stands at 80% among Republicans and those who approve of the way the President is handling his job, and at 92% among Democrats and those who disapprove of the way Trump is handling his job.

Democrats have also made clear they plan to use all the tools at their disposal, including subpoena power, in an effort to make the report available to the public.
"We will obviously subpoena the report. We will bring Bob Mueller in to testify before Congress. We will take it to court if necessary," House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff of California told ABC's George Stephanopoulos in an interview last month. "And in the end, I think the department [Department of Justice] understands they're going to have to make this public."
