You know, beyond 100 I don't think they make any difference at all.
Like someone recently pointed out, people pay more attention to you and give you more credence when you have an av. So one could conclude that if you reach 100, then you've "made it" or something.
Everything else is just a number that means you've been here for a month per 1,000.
Now, posters with 578 posts and 2 years under their belts are awesome figures. How do they do that???
That and I need help to get to 100. I want an av.
