Yes, the beer is really watered down in Utah. If I am not mistaken it is 3.5% alcohol. I don't drink beer myself, but I have heard alot of people bitching about it. Yes, Utah is a strange place to be and you are absolutely correct about dry counties and no porn. Hell, I have heard it said that oral sex is againist the law here.
