1. I had my first taste of chocolate at the age of 6 weeks. (I had to have major surgery and they had to be very careful with pain medication. A doctor took a drop of chocolate shake on a straw and dropped it in my mouth and I stopped crying. Chocolate shake was then added to my "PAIN" meds list! It worked. Still does!)

2. I did not speak until I was 23 months old. (Again, because of being born with cleft lip/palate and at least 3 surgeries before I was 2. Mom thought I was stupid...Doctor said I was not, and wait until I talked!! HE was right.)

3. My first word was Chocolate.....Yes, that word, just that way. I spoke in complete sentences within one week. (See Mom, I wasn't stupid. Just waiting for someone to listen!!) It was my family's fault about my first word. Everyone always asking me did I want some chocolate. Well, damn apparently I DID!!
