Why would women who don't menstrate.even care about menstrual hygiene day?

Department of Labor refers to women as ‘menstruators.’

1 Shouldnt women be offended?

2 This in effect means that men who pretend to be women shouldnt be given any credence but treated as disturbed

3 Women of a certain age that no longer menstruate are not women?
Maybe some enterprising entrepreneur will invent a crushable die pack that Alex can hide in his skivvies so that he can have an accidental discharge in Walmart to add credibility to his frantic public demand for menstrual products.

Transmen of a certain age menstruate. Transwomen of any age don't. Older women don't. Some cis-women don't, for a variety of reasons. Menstrual Hygiene Day is about people who do.
And before transphobia gained so much momentum, you can bet the same people who are claiming to be outraged or offended on behalf of women (most of whom have periods at some time in their lives) considered MHD a bad joke, or a form of politically correct excess in its own right.
