Edison did not invent the light bulb. He bought the rights from two Canadian guys and patented the technology that Edison used for his first commercially successful lamps. An Englishman invented the electric light.

So when Trump fails, bankrupts the US and lines his own pockets when he does he is just being a good capitalist businessman. He'll make out like a bandit. And anyone who invest in such things as US debt.
