sausage in it. A old time family tradition for Thanksgiving and very delicious.

My Mom makes it like that but then has to make plain because only a few in my family like it that way.

HS, I made homemade stuffing for Christmas. Cornbread with crunchy bits of sage sausage in it. Damn, it was good if I do say so myself. Just finished off the last of it for lunch today.

The apple stuffing also sounds very delicious!!

I like a few hazelnuts or almond slivers in my stuffing, and I mix it all together with Port instead of water.

I like the crunchy bits too.
