So now the Kim regime finally got the $25 million in the Pyongyang coffers, all kinds of promises are being made. Does this mean this is a new Kim Jong Il? Part of the promises:
1. allowing the UN’s IAEA inspectors visit the Yongbyon nuclear reactor
2. Vowing to stop narcotics trafficking
3. Slowing down the anti-US rhetoric
4. Promises to use the money for the people
5. An investigation into abudcted Japanese
There are too many points of irony here to even start, but hey, this is North Korea. Sadly, it will make promises and continue to do what they want. After all, Kim needs his iPods...
