European immigrants enslaved Africans on American soil starting in 1619, and ending in 1865. 246 years.

The colonies that became the United States of America declared their independence in 1776, and celebrates 246 years today.

unfortunately verity kills your feels' opinions.

sorry, I don't have the Infinity Stones, I didn't make up the rules or history.

please take care of your gut flora. more greens might help.

Jews love Mercedes Benzes.

And that was only 70 years ago.

Might be time for y’all to start looking forward.

The 1619 project is neither a fresh topic nor a strictly factual topic but rather
the fertile imaginings of the woke, poorly educated and fully indoctrinated.

They fancy themselves "educated" though. You're just stupid.
At least you have a valid excuse...
Please tell us the story through your unwoke and expertly educated eyes ;)

lol What the hell?
I think he meant to shove your fawning woke condescension up your ass. A sentiment I whole heartedly agree with.

Cheers to you enjoying the thorns on the way in. And out. Repeat as needed.

Why do you people always go to the "things up your ass!" card?

You know what they say; when in Rome, do as the Romans do. I'm just going with what you're comfortable with.

BTW, the thorns aren't supposed to be "comfortable" and squealing about it is perfectly acceptable.

Gotta love that some are scared of history! If there are facts you didn’t know, that means you are fully educated. “Woke” is a cute buzzword, but, having facts revealed to you shouldn’t hurt you in any way.

And others use a piece of history to wrap themselves in, and that’s OK

“Everyone else? Shit happens!! Live with it!!”

The Russians also lost millions in WW2, thus their “need” to push their boundaries for protection(?) F the Ukranians for not choosing to be Russian.
Putin will stop, eventually.
But, why didn’t they just let Hitler take over!? Why did the US pump ungodly amount of money into helping them turn the tide? Or, is that a fake fact?

Oh.. and the Russians? They threw some great Pograms! They love Jews!! God forbid we recall those facts.

I am not Jewish, but those who deny the Holocaust piss me off, however, Hitler did kill a lot of others. He started with the LGBTQ and “imperfect” before settling on his “final solution”

Why do you bring it up, and what does it have to do with this topic?

Happy 4th of 2022. The continuing attempted coup by Donald Trump and his minions, including the board Trumpettes, hasn't succeeded yet.

I like the way you blame the American slave trade on Immigrants.

Nice touch!

Look...people...

We can, and should, acknowledge that our country is not perfect. That our past has skeletons in our national closet. As do many nations.

It is not a bad thing to acknowledge this.

But today.... Today should be a day to celebrate our independence, our freedom, and the GREAT things about our nation, instead of reminding everyone about the not-so-great things.

Can we at least, today, celebrate and discuss the greatness of America? And save the debate about the "Bad stuff" for another day?
