I am very sorry that the powers that be did not act upon my request for another moderator when I advised them at the beginning of the year that I could not continue to carry the load by myself. After making said request, I checked back once, saw Lauren was around and seemed to be taking care of things, so I did not realize no one had ever been appointed and that Lauren did not get things taken care of. I see that Box and others have tried to carry on the absence of a moderator. I split up all of the immunity threads into their separate months and made scorecard threads for those who actually have submissions this year.

I will do what I can as I have time to update everything but as I said in the registration thread, my time due to my personal life is incredibly limited. Between work and family obligations, I have very little time to myself, and I really don't want to spend it updating a contest on a website.

I have once again sent a request to have someone appointed to help out, so hopefully it will get done. In the meantime, as I said, I will do what I can, but I can't be around all the time.

We are coming up on the end of this year's contest. You need to make sure you put SURVIVOR CONTEST 2011 in the notes field on any new submissions between now and the 31st to try and ensure they get posted by the deadline.

Entrants have until midnight Eastern Time Zone (UTC-5:00), on 1/4/2012 to make any changes to their ScoreCards. Winners will be announced on or shortly after 1/5/2012.

I believe that everyone who has submissions now has a scorecard. If I missed someone, please either post here or send me a pm and I will get it created ASAP.

This is the first year that so many people have not updated their scorecards. Crazy to think they are giving up a $25 gift card.

Yeah, I am wishing I had submitted two or three stories this year just to get the card, lol. Wouldn't have taken much more than that I don't think.
