So this idea is in the fantasy catagory for sure.

An adopted unpopular young man turns 18 and to his surprise he awakens as a pure blooded vampire. His body becomes immortal and impeckable. He no longer needs his glasses his skin cleared up, though became pale. And he gained 2 fangs, but he can retract them.

He is not sure what is going on, until the next day at school a girl with pale skin, black hair and black clothes pulls him into a janitor's closet. He recogizes her, even though they never interacted. She is one of the goth girls at the school, she mostly keeps to herself.

Suddenly she kneels before him and explains that she can sense that he is a pureblood vampire and the son of her master. She was turned into a vampire when she was still a baby and is an absolute servant/slave to her master. Her master being, his biological father. She tells him this while referring to him as "Young Lord"
She takes him to his parents who are in a deep slumber underneath a large mansion. While there she seems to zone out for a good 5 minutes, afterwards she explains that her servitude has been transferred from his father to him. She is now basically his slave. She has to teach him on how to live as a pureblood vampire. She was also told telepathically that his parents will still need at least 200 years of slumber, but that the mansion is his to use freely until then. And that they love him and can't wait to properly meet him after 200 years.

So I was thinking he obviously would have superstrength and superspeed etc.
Since he is a pureblood he can walk in the sun without issue, however the girl needs to protect herself from it, since she isn't a pureblood.
He is fully immortal, there are some things that can harm him, for example a steak through the heart that kills normal vampires would just send him into a deep slumber to recover.
He doesn't need to feed often only once every couple of years, he can feed more often if he wants since it would taste delicious to him, but as a pureblood it's not needed.
He can turn humans into thralls by biting them without killing them or into vampires by feeding them his blood. In both cases they would become completely obedient to him.
The main drawback for him is that he now can't enter anyones home without an invitation and he doesn't have a reflection/shadow. So he needs to carefully hide his identity and make sure people invite him into their home.

Now what will this new found power bring him? Will he take revenge on the popular kids at school, will he bring more people into his servitude?
What will he do with his new guide/servant?

Also what will he do about his adoptive family? (Maybe he has an adoptive sister?)

What do you guys think about this? Would this setting work?
Probably would be a mix of NC/reluctance, BDSM, Fetish and Fantasy.

Did you consider the possibility that he could be much older over time than the women he seduces? There would be a visual age fap when in reality he is the one who is older. That could be interesting.

That would require some time-skips but it's very possible. Maybe good for a part 2 or 3. With the first part focusing on him in his high school life and acquiring more servant vampires & thralls. Then skipping ahead, his former bullies now his loyal servants as he has grown into a full fletched pureblood, his first servant still by his side and grown more powerfull over time.

and then he might turn to women who seems to be older than him, but its quite the contrary. I like this idea.

Since you are using some vampire traits, but not all of them, it's best to just drop the vamp idea. There's too many fans of the genre what will be disappointed. To use a page out of Marvel's book, maybe at the end of puberty his mutant gene kicks in. He gets some powers, mind control and his body become hard and lean.

I agree with Rob on this - it sounds more like a super hero story than a vampire one. The weaknesses of vampires are useful to create tension, motive and opportunities in stories.

What (and who) will be able to challenge your main character?

Also, why let him just wake up as a vampire? You can easily let him die and THEN wake up in his new state

That would actually be an interesting take on the vampire transformation. Have it be something that is inborn to them, but doesn't activate until their first death and then they wake up as an undead. Then you could also have the drama of people wanting to become vampires, or any other night creatures you want to label as undead (like maybe werewolves and banshees), but there is no way to guarantee that they do. You either will or you won't when you die.

I do intend to include most weaknesses, just not for him. Or to a lesser extend for him. Because he is a pureblood and a true immortal who can't be killed. However he still can't enter a home without invitation. (So he can't just go around at night turning everyone while they are asleep.)

Maybe I'll add that if he is staked through the heart he falls in a deep slumber and can only awake when the stake is removed.

He is basically a near perfect being as a pureblood vampire, that's why sunlight doesn't bother him. But the people he turns into vampires very much do have this weakness. Another example could be that while he now hates garlic, his underling vampires actually get burned by it.

He would turn his loved ones to protect them and give them infinite lifespan, but they can be killed by a stake through the heart. People he turned into vampires, can still shield themselves from the sun. But thralls wouldn't be able to go out during the day at all. And for vampires, if a a vampire he turned turns someone else, that new vampire would be weaker and even more prevalant to the weaknesses since they are farther down the line from the pureblood. For example they would burn even more from garlic and some maybe to the point that it incapacitates them.

There could be suspence from his loved ones being in danger, consideration who to turn and who to protect from the shadows while they remain human.

Also he doesn't HAVE to feed more than once every couple of years, but feeding is a delicacy to him so he can feed more often if he wants to. Which could lead as an example of him becoming less human.

So it's not like I don't want to include the weaknesses, just want to make it clear that he is a pureblood and truly a powerfull entity.
