The Lancet study indicates that obesity and associated health problems would be greatly reduced if adults engaged in as little as 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week.
This includes a combination of things as simple as gardening and walking. Running and swimming are NOT required.
Are there any valid excuses for not being able to involve yourself in such little activity?
