12 step program

My wife god-bless her heart, is not the most sexually liberrated girl out there. When have done alot of sexy things. (flashing,public sex, tame stuff like that) But the time span between these events is just to far, for the both of us.
And I run out of ideas! She has trouble expressing the things she wants to try. (I think she thinks I'll get mad, or think she's a slut) So one day we were talking and she said she want me to help her explore and open her "wild" side.
She told me to find her a 12 step program for becoming more sexually inventive! So I come to this great bb to get ideas from all of you! Any one got a good 12 step program along these lines?>

Look at it this way, she's trying to stop being prude.

Why go somewhere to pay money for something that someone has just learned from a book. And come here and learn for free from people who have actully done it. I thought it might be a way for someone to use their talent in story writing and let me have a little fun

Has she been reading stories or gotten on the boards here? Both of those have helped me become more sexually aware and daring. Maybe you could also get ideas from the stories?

what helped me come out of my shell some was writing it down. I have a few stories that I've written (and I dont share often... only with those worthy enough). I dont think of myself as a good writer, but it was enough to get some ideas out and get the brainstorming juices flowing (along with some other ones *innocent smiles*). If she writes it, she wont have to feel embarrassed or anything about sharing. And then tell her to leave you little notes, like in your lunch, or an email at work so you can have a good idea of what's running through her mind and then get her to try it when you get home.

I recommend you finding a copy of a book by Lou Paget called "How to be a Great Lover"

This was written by a woman to help other women tap into their sexuality. It will be a great place for both of you to talk and explore things that will enhance your relationship. Good luck.

Overcoming sexual shyness is a long-term process. The first step usualy being her acceptance that wanting to be more flavorful is OK, and not "bad", "wrong", "slutty", or "pornographic".

A patient and loving man will help her be all she can be. She must trust you and know that you will be supportive and help her through the process.

Start by trying a few simple things. Tying her hands, using feathers or other objects, then advance to a simple toy or vibrator. Help her to explore herself so she feels more comfortable having orgasms.

Tell her what you like and guide her through it gently. Have sex in the light so you can see each other and talk to each other.

These were some things that helped me. I am still working on it, even after many years. Luckly I have a great partner.

Whats great about them is their by women for women. I got her to register here yesterday, and she read a little today. Because I came home from work and she told me the male g-spot is in my ass. Now she wants to stick something in my ass!

It's told from her point of view; examples from her past make it map more toward a female. But it wasn't any trouble seeing the corresponding things from my (male) view. The excersies are generic and equally useful to either sex.
