I don't recognize the easterners (except King) but both Californians are rather conservative guys in high-rent districts that'll be VERY badly impacted by the new plan. They fear their deduction-losing constituents more than the national party or corporate owners.

Dana Rohrabacher, Reagan aide and Putin lover, is just north in booming Orange County, increasingly dominated by Asian-American technologists. Their 49th and 48th districts are probably the richest in California with (R) reps. You *bet* they fear their constituents' reactions to the Gup assault on blue states. I don't know if their votes will save their asses in the midterms.
