It is overcast and cloudy this morning in TN, not as cold as it has been, though.

I'm avoiding the shopping crush today, well not actually avoiding it intentionally since I have to work, but it seems to me anyone who deliberately gets out in that mess has a screw loose or two. (hey there's a colloqualism)

I'm an 8 today but I think that has more to do with my leftovers for lunch sitting in the office refrigerator than anything else.

What's on for the weekend folks?

Also talked to an publisher and an agent this week and hoping to sell my first novel. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Cold & pouring down rain here. I go to work in an hour, but will miss most of the early morning maniacs. We get to wear jeans this weekend, so that is a plus. On the Spark-0-Meter, about a 5, but holidays do that to me. If you are going to be out driving, be careful.

My God!

I'm stuck at work and just called Toys R Us to find out if they have the Gold Version of Pokemon and/or DonkeyKong Country for Gameboy color (son's gifts) ... and they have them!!! I can't leave. Doesn't this just fuckin' figure? I've called all around town looking for those damn games and everyone is sold out.

Besides.. I'd play the DonkeyKong game. hehe

Hey all.....

Just got on the board - Sat morn - too much family around, too many folks over my shoulder. Had a relatively good turk day - twice, two days in a row - one in PA (the Shebabe's folks) and one in VA (my folks) - too much mashed tater's. Too much beer, wine and Scotch. Just too much. Freezind rain here in VA. Dark and cloudy but on a real nice lake and very shiny gray neat kind of beauty. About a 7 - still got a lot of driving ahead and it weighs me down a bit. Haven't been able to lay the wood to the Shebabe in days - again too many folks around. Maybe tonight though. Later.

I'm about a 9 this morning, fell off a ladder yesterday and i'm alittle sore, well maybe alot sore...grrrrrrrrrrr
