I just finished my Thanksgiving dinner. The dishes are washed, dried, and put away. I've talked to everyone I can think of. And now I'm here.

I don't know why you are here today. Maybe you're surrounded by loved ones, and are just taking a break from the craziness. Maybe it's a lonely Thanksgiving, and you're looking for a little human contact. Maybe you're far from the one who holds your heart. You might be doing everything in your power to not think too much about her, and wondering if next year will be different.

I don't know your reasons. I only know I'm grateful you can hang out with me for a little while at least. I'm thankful for all of you.

Here at my house dinner is finished and the kids are doing the dishes. My honey is off talking business and watching football with a friend we invited over and I am finally relaxing.

I kicked LOTS of little kid butt at Uno and Pokemon and when my food settles we are going to have dessert.

Well, I'm with the family today. Wife, kids, siblings, nieces, nephews, and mom. Only thing is I'm coming down with something and have absolutely no energy and I'm the one doing the roasting of the turkey. But what do you do? Its Thanksgiving and I wouldn't miss it for anything. Everyone will be here in a while and the eating will begin.

In the meantime its come here and gain a little energy back and then go back in the kitchen until I run down again.

Happy Thanksgiving all! I love this holiday! The food is the best, the central activity other than watching football and the Macy's parade is being with your family. On top of that, you get to eat like a glutton and lay on the couch conplaining. What could be more perfect?
I'm off to the other family for dinner, so everyone continue to have a wonderful day.
