Hey guys I just hit a personal record. 100 votes for 1190 hits on my story.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why my latest chapter ( ch 16) has gotten so many when the max for my others is 63 with a lot more hits even?

Hi! Newbie here, admitting that I vote a LOT more with the new voting thing, because I now can vote from my OS9 Mac, which never used to adequately support voting (it didn't show any effects of my clicking) because there are no (well, hardly any) up-to-date browsers that work on the old thing.

That's an extremely high number of votes for that number of hits. For my stories, the number would be about three for 1,190 hits.

I do think the stars are encouragin' people to vote more often--they are visually appealing and make the interaction more interesting.

But good writing counts for lots more.
