cut your simmer time to 15 min and try just 1 cup of boiling water .... then check fluff......

Basically what I did… kept adding water and checking. Turned out great lmao

i mean, he is right, mahatma and even uncle bens have ready made rice mix now, all you do is heat it on low and add two tablespoons of water...they even have spanish rice

But I only use them to add to soups/crockpot creations etc, I don't think they ever really cook right doing the quickie instructions. If I want really good rice I still go the stove top method
