I know the feeling….In the ER on the nightshift in a Boston hospital. I got used to it but in the beginning it was overwhelming

Many years ago now, 40 years, I worked the night shift as an orderly at a local hospital, yes I'm old, but I remember giving pearl necklaces to the nursing staff at the time. I guess they were bored and horny.
